There are a lot of things that you can do with Tim Holtz Distress Oxides, but did you know you can watercolor with a stamped image and not mess up your stamp? This is the perfect time for this post! They announced 12 new colors are being released later this month!

First, you're going to need a stamp (I'm using 'Meow You Doin' by Lawn Fawn), Tim Holtz Distress Oxide (Walnut Stain or any of the other 24 colors), a Paintbrush and Water.

Second, Stamp your image. I love this kitty! He just makes me so happy.

Once you stamp your image, take your paintbrush with water and start dragging the ink around the inside of your image. You don't want to wait too long or the ink will dry. Drag the ink from the outside of the stamp towards the center.
Now, finish filling in the image.

Just a Purrrrrrrfect addition to any project!
